Our Privacy Policy
Effective
This Privacy Policy explains how Unilaunch ("Unilaunch", "we", "our", "us") collects, uses, discloses, and safeguards information in connection with your access to and use of unilaunch.lol and any tools, pages, or services made available through it (collectively, the "Services").
We built Unilaunch around a simple principle: you remain the sole custodian of your wallet, your private keys, and your funds at all times, and we are never able to access or control them. This same principle guides our approach to data — we collect only what is reasonably necessary to operate, secure, and improve the Services, and we are transparent with you about what that involves.
By accessing or using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree with any part of this Privacy Policy, you should not use the Services.
Scope of This Policy
This Privacy Policy applies to all information collected through your use of the Services, including the token creation tool, the liquidity pool tool, the knowledge base, the support ticket system, and any other feature made available on the Website. It does not apply to any third-party website, wallet provider, blockchain explorer, decentralized exchange, or other third-party service that you may access through links or integrations available on the Website, each of which is governed by its own privacy practices.
Information We Collect
We collect information in the following categories:
- (a)Wallet and on-chain information. When you connect a Self-Custodial Wallet to use a Tool, we may process the public wallet address you connect, together with the details of the Transactions you initiate through the Services (such as token addresses, amounts, timestamps, and transaction signatures). This information is, by the nature of blockchain technology, already publicly visible on the relevant Blockchain and is not private to Unilaunch.
- (b)Technical and usage information. We automatically collect certain information when you access the Services, including your IP address, browser type and version, device type, operating system, referring and exit pages, pages viewed, the time and date of your visit, and general usage patterns within the Services.
- (c)Information you provide directly. When you create a token, configure a liquidity pool, submit content, contact us, or open a support ticket at unilaunch.lol/open-ticket, we collect the information you choose to provide, such as token names, symbols, descriptions, images, links, the content of your messages, and any email address or contact detail you supply.
- (d)Cookies and similar technologies. We use cookies and similar tracking technologies to operate and improve the Services, as described in Section 4.
We do not request, collect, or store your private keys, seed phrases, or wallet passwords under any circumstances, and no part of the Website has a field for any of them. Every Transaction is signed inside your own wallet and broadcast to the relevant Blockchain by your own action. If any page claiming to be Unilaunch asks you for a seed phrase or a private key, it is not us.
How We Use Information
We use the information described above for the following purposes:
- to operate, maintain, and provide the functionality of the Services, including token creation, liquidity pool creation, funding, and withdrawal, and any other Tool you use;
- to detect, investigate, and prevent fraud, abuse, security incidents, and violations of our Terms of Service;
- to respond to your inquiries, process support tickets submitted through unilaunch.lol/open-ticket, and provide customer support;
- to monitor, analyze, and improve the performance, usability, and functionality of the Services;
- to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request;
- to enforce our Terms of Service and protect the rights, property, and safety of Unilaunch, our Users, and third parties.
Cookies and Tracking Technologies
We use cookies, local storage, and similar technologies to recognize your browser, remember your preferences, understand how the Services are used, and improve overall performance. These technologies may be provided by Unilaunch directly or by third-party analytics or infrastructure providers acting on our behalf.
You can configure your browser to refuse some or all cookies, or to alert you when a cookie is being set. However, if you disable or refuse cookies, some parts of the Services may become inaccessible or may not function properly.
How We Share Information
We do not sell your personal information. We may share information in the following circumstances:
- (a)Service providers. We may share information with third-party vendors, consultants, and other service providers who perform functions on our behalf, such as hosting, analytics, security, and customer support infrastructure, and who are bound by obligations to protect such information.
- (b)Legal and regulatory disclosure. We may disclose information where we believe in good faith that disclosure is necessary to comply with applicable law, regulation, legal process, or governmental request, to enforce our Terms of Service, to detect or prevent fraud or security issues, or to protect the rights, property, or safety of Unilaunch, our Users, or the public.
- (c)Business transfers. We may disclose or transfer information in connection with a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction, subject to appropriate confidentiality safeguards.
- (d)Public blockchain data. Wallet addresses, Transaction details, and any Token metadata submitted through the Services may be recorded on a public Blockchain and are, by design, publicly accessible to anyone, independently of any action by Unilaunch.
- (e)With your consent. We may share information for any other purpose disclosed to you at the time the information is collected, or with your consent.
Third-Party Services and Links
The Services may link to, integrate with, or rely upon third-party wallets, blockchains, decentralized exchanges, liquidity protocols, RPC providers, and other infrastructure. Any information you provide to, or that is collected by, such third parties is governed by their own privacy policies and practices, over which Unilaunch has no control and for which Unilaunch assumes no responsibility. We encourage you to review the privacy practices of any third-party service before using it.
Data Retention
We retain the information described in this Privacy Policy for as long as necessary to fulfill the purposes described above, including to operate the Services, comply with our legal obligations, resolve disputes, enforce our agreements, and maintain appropriate business records. On-chain information, by its nature, is retained indefinitely on the relevant public Blockchain and cannot be deleted by Unilaunch or by you.
Data Security
We implement reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the information we hold from unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction. However, no method of transmission over the internet or method of electronic storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your own devices, wallet software, and credentials, and for using the Services in a manner consistent with these security practices.
Your Rights and Choices
Depending on your location, you may have certain rights regarding the information we hold about you, which may include the right to request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, to object to or restrict certain processing, or to request a copy of your information in a portable format.
You may exercise any of these rights, or ask any question about how your information is handled, by opening a ticket at unilaunch.lol/open-ticket or by contacting us at support@unilaunch.lol. We will respond to legitimate requests within a reasonable time, subject to applicable law. Please note that certain information — in particular, information already recorded on a public Blockchain — cannot be modified, restricted, or deleted by Unilaunch, as it exists independently of our systems.
International Data Transfers
Your information may be stored, processed, and transferred to countries other than the country in which you reside, including countries that may have different data protection laws than your own jurisdiction. Where we transfer information across borders, we take reasonable steps to ensure it continues to be protected in accordance with this Privacy Policy.
Children's Privacy
The Services are not directed to, and are not intended for use by, individuals under the age of eighteen (18). We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under the age of eighteen (18). If we become aware that we have inadvertently collected such information, we will take reasonable steps to delete it as soon as possible.
Do Not Track
Some browsers offer a "Do Not Track" feature. Because there is not yet a common industry standard for how to respond to such signals, the Services do not currently respond to Do Not Track browser signals.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in our practices, the Services, or applicable law. Material changes will be communicated through reasonable means, including notices on the Website or in-product notices. Your continued use of the Services after any update constitutes your acceptance of the revised Privacy Policy.
Contact Us
If you have any questions, concerns, or requests regarding this Privacy Policy or how your information is handled, you can browse our knowledge base, open a support ticket at unilaunch.lol/open-ticket, or contact us directly at support@unilaunch.lol.
